Other than the fact that pretzels lay on her chest, Lydia is the perfect girl for Goober. (Not much lays on his chest). Of course, Lydia doesn't bowl (bad back) and doesn't like care rides (gets carsick), but she does seem to share Goober's love for eating chocolates. As Barney says, "All God's children got a girl." Goober's got Lydia.
