It seems that Barney's 5'7" and 138 lb. body isn't quite big enough - even if his whole body is a weapon. Of course, as he explains, "Us Fifes is wiry, not much flesh." Milkshakes may not help either because a mark of the Fifes is that "nothing goes to fat; it all goes to muscle."
